What Libas sells

Libas sells women's ethnic wear: kurtas, kurta sets and suit sets, the Libas Art range, and jewellery and accessories. It is one of the labels people search for by name once they have bought from it.

Paying from abroad

Libas's FAQ lists UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and credit notes, and says it does not currently accept international cards. If you have UPI on an NRE or NRO account, or an Indian card, you can pay as an Indian customer does. Our page on paying on Indian shopping sites from abroad sets out the usual options.

Ordering

1. Sign up for a free India Rabbit address. It is our warehouse in Kerala with your own suite code.
2. Add it as the delivery address in your Libas account, as any customer in India would.
3. Pay online with UPI or an Indian card. Cash on delivery cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
4. We receive the parcel, open it and photograph what is inside, then hold it free for 30 days while your other Indian orders arrive.
5. Ask us to ship. We repack everything into one box, free, and send it to your door.

The Libas shipping pages give delivery inside India of roughly 2 to 7 working days.

Returns

Its return policy allows returns within 7 days of receiving the order, and 3 days for jewellery and accessories. A ₹10 return fee applies from 14 September 2026. Read the current policy before you order.

The parcel reaches us before it reaches you. We photograph it on arrival, so you can check the size, colour and condition while there is still time to raise a return with the store in India. Tell us before you ask us to ship.

Ordering from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf

From Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, the route is the same: order to your India Rabbit address and we fly the box to you. Typical transit is 4 to 8 business days to the UAE and 4 to 6 to Saudi Arabia after the box leaves India. Duty and VAT for each Gulf country are on our shop and ship from India to the Gulf page, and rates on India to the UAE and India to Saudi Arabia.

What we can and cannot send on

• Fine: kurtas, kurta sets, sarees, lehengas, dupattas, menswear, kidswear, footwear, bags and fashion jewellery.
• Not by us: perfume and other fragrances, anything with a battery, and gold, silver or diamond jewellery.
