About India Rabbit

We are a courier and forwarding company in Pala, Kerala. India Rabbit is our package forwarding service — the part of the business that gives people abroad an Indian address.

Where we are

We run our own warehouse in Pala, Kerala, with our own staff receiving and packing every parcel. Nothing is subcontracted to a third-party depot, which is why we can photograph what arrives, open a box you ask us to check, and repack a shipment properly rather than passing it along as it came.

What we actually do

We receive parcels addressed to your suite code, photograph and log them, hold them free for 30 days while you finish shopping, then strip the retail packaging, repack everything into the smallest safe box, prepare the export paperwork, and hand it to an express carrier with tracking to your door.
