Three ways something reaches us
1. The shop delivers it
Give the shop your India Rabbit address. To them it is a Kerala delivery with a suite code on it, which is the whole point — nothing about your order is unusual from their side.
2. Someone hands it in
A relative, a friend, a tailor finishing a blouse. They do not need an account and they do not need to understand the service. They need your suite code, so we know whose parcel it is.
3. A domestic courier brings it
Anywhere in the state, overnight in most cases. This is the usual route for things bought from a shop that does not deliver, or from a weaving society that sells at the loom. The domestic leg is charged at cost; ask us first and we will tell you what it comes to.
Whichever route it takes, tell us it is coming. A pre-alert means we know what to expect, can flag anything that will not fly before it travels, and can pack it properly rather than forwarding a box built for a van trip across the district.

Do you collect from anywhere in Kerala?
Yes — anywhere in the state. Our warehouse is in Kerala, and everything eventually reaches it, but the parcel does not have to start there. A shop, a tailor, a relative or a domestic courier can all get it to us.
I am abroad. Can my family in Kerala hand something over for me?
That is one of the most common ways this is used. They hand it over or send it to your India Rabbit address, we log it against your suite, open it, check it and photograph the contents, and you decide when it ships. They do not need an account and they do not deal with the international side at all.
Does a shop need to know anything about India Rabbit?
No. Your India Rabbit address is an ordinary Kerala delivery address with a suite code on it. As far as the shop is concerned it is a domestic delivery like any other.
What about something too big or fragile to post?
Tell us before it moves. Heavy brass, framed pieces and anything awkward are worth a conversation first.
I am visiting Kerala. Can you send my shopping home for me?
