What is a virtual Indian address?
When you sign up (free), you get your own suite code at our Pala, Kerala warehouse — used as the building line of the address, for example "India Rabbit, IR-1024". Use it as the delivery address on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, or any Indian store, and we receive the parcels on your behalf.
How long can you store my parcels?
Storage is free for 30 days per parcel. Need longer? You can extend storage from your dashboard for a small fee that is simply added to your shipping bill.
How much does international shipping cost?
It depends on destination and chargeable weight (the greater of actual and volumetric weight). Sign up or message us on WhatsApp for a quick estimate — and save up to 80% by combining several parcels into one box.
What is parcel consolidation?
Instead of shipping each order separately, we repack all your parcels into one box, removing unnecessary retail packaging. One international shipment instead of five means one base rate and much less volumetric weight.
What documents do I need?
One-time KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or similar government ID) — required by Indian customs for all international shipments. Per shipment, you just declare what you paid for the items; uploading the store invoice speeds up clearance.
How do I pay?
After we weigh and pack your shipment you get a final quote by email, payable online by international credit/debit card, UPI, or netbanking through Razorpay. Prices are in INR with an approximate conversion shown in your currency.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 5-12 business days after dispatch depending on destination, via our express partners with full door-to-door tracking.
What is the longest you can store my parcel?
Ninety days from the day it arrives — that is 30 days free plus two paid 30-day extensions, and it is a hard limit. We email you when 7 days of storage remain and again on the day it expires, and your parcel list shows the days remaining at all times. A parcel left unclaimed for 14 days past the limit is treated as abandoned and may be donated, recycled or destroyed, so please raise a shipping request or talk to us before then.
What can't I ship?
Perfumes, loose lithium batteries, cash, jewellery, and other prohibited or carrier-restricted items — see our prohibited items page, and message us on WhatsApp before ordering anything you are unsure about.
Which service should I choose — Premium or Economy?
Premium is a direct courier: faster, better tracking, and it reaches everywhere we ship. Economy is a consolidated service, several days slower, and noticeably cheaper where it is available. The calculator shows both for your destination, and only Premium appears if Economy does not serve that country or postcode.
Why can I only see one shipping option for my country?
Either the economy network does not reach that destination or that specific postcode, or your shipment contains medicine, which ships Premium only. We would rather show one honest option than offer two and withdraw one after you have paid.
Can I ship medicine?
Yes — prescription medicine in personal quantities, with the prescription in the box, on our Premium service only. Controlled or narcotic medicines usually need approval from the destination health authority. Tick the medicine switch when you calculate or request shipping and we will handle it correctly.
How is my price worked out?
Carrier charge, plus our commission, plus any surcharges that apply to your shipment, plus 18% GST on the whole taxable value, plus the 3.5% payment gateway fee. Import duty is not included, because it is charged by customs in your country rather than by us.
What is volumetric weight?
Length x width x height in centimetres divided by 5000. Airlines bill on that or the actual weight, whichever is greater, because a large light box takes up the same aircraft space as a small heavy one. Consolidating orders and letting us strip retail packaging is how you bring it down.
Do you charge for consolidation and repacking?
No. Receiving parcels, storing them, photographing them, repacking and combining them into one shipment are all included. You pay for the international shipment itself.
Will I have to pay customs duty?
Usually yes, in your own country, on delivery. It is set by your customs authority on the declared value of the goods and collected by the courier. We never collect duty and cannot quote it in advance, because it depends on the contents and on the rules where you live.
Do I need a new account if I have used this service before?
No. Sign in with the email and password you already use and everything is there — your suite code, your parcels, your shipping history and your invoices.
Will my existing suite code still work?
Yes. Any suite code already issued to you stays valid and stays yours. Put it on the building line of the address and your parcel reaches the right shelf.
Where exactly do my parcels go?
To our warehouse at Pendanathu Plaza, Behind ICICI Bank, Vellappadu, Pala, Kerala 686575. Your dashboard shows the full address with your own suite code, ready to copy into a checkout form.
Can I ask for extra photos of a parcel?
Yes. Every parcel is photographed on arrival, and you can request additional photos from the parcel page if you want to check a specific item before you pay to ship it.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Tell us before you request shipping. We photograph the damage and help you take it up with the seller while the parcel is still in India — which is far easier than after it has crossed a border.
Can you buy something for me?
We are a forwarding service, not a buying service — you place and pay for the order yourself. If a store refuses your card, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
