What it costs
One charge, for one thing: the international shipment you asked us to send. The address, receiving, opening and checking your parcels, photographs, repacking and 30 days of storage cost nothing.

What it costs per kg, and for a 5 kg box
If you would rather not type anything in, these are indicative figures for a consolidated box leaving our Kerala warehouse — our handling, GST and payment charges included. The 1 kg and per-kilo columns are the cheapest service at that weight; the per-kilo rate falls as the box gets heavier. Import duty at the far end is charged by that country's customs, not by us, except on Economy to United States, Ireland, Canada, Malaysia, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, France, Poland, Denmark and Finland, where the price already includes duty.

The two things that move the number
Shipping is priced on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, and the duty at the far end is charged by your country rather than by us. A few minutes on each.
Pricing questions
How much does shipping from India cost per kg?
It depends on the destination and falls as the box gets heavier: a single 1 kg parcel starts at ₹1,100, and per-kilo rates start at ₹650 on a 20 kg box. Every figure includes our handling, GST and payment charges. The table on this page lists the 1 kg price and the per-kilo rate for each destination, and the calculator prices your exact box.
Is the estimate the final price?
It is close, and it is built from the same rate table our staff quote from. The binding number comes after we weigh and repack your actual box, because the final weight depends on how well everything packs together.
What is chargeable weight?
Carriers bill the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight — length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000, in kilograms. A light, bulky box is billed on its size. Repacking is how we bring that number down.
Are customs duties included?
On Premium, no: import duty and local taxes are set by the destination country and collected by the carrier on delivery. Economy to United States, Ireland, Canada, Malaysia, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, France, Poland, Denmark and Finland is delivered duty paid, so the price already includes import duty on those routes; elsewhere duty is payable on delivery.
What else could be added to my bill?
Only things you ask for or agree to: extra storage beyond 30 free days (₹200 per parcel per 30 days), and occasional carrier surcharges for remote delivery areas, which we show you before you pay.
