Pricing questions
Is the estimate the final price?
It is close, and it is built from the same rate table our staff quote from. The binding number comes after we weigh and repack your actual box, because the final weight depends on how well everything packs together.
What is chargeable weight?
Carriers bill the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight — length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000, in kilograms. A light, bulky box is billed on its size. Repacking is how we bring that number down.
Are customs duties included?
No. Import duty and local taxes are set by the destination country and collected by the carrier on delivery. Nobody in India can pay them for you in advance.
What else could be added to my bill?
Only things you ask for or agree to: extra storage beyond 30 free days (₹200 per parcel per 30 days), and occasional carrier surcharges for remote delivery areas, which we show you before you pay.
