Shop Indian stores from the Philippines, delivered to your door

The Philippines has a long-established Indian community, largely Punjabi and Sindhi, centred on Metro Manila, alongside a growing number of Indian professionals and students. Indian groceries can be found in Manila; clothing, books and regional products largely cannot.

Why one box beats five parcels

International shipping is charged on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, and every parcel carries that cost separately. Five 1 kg parcels to the Philippines are priced as five shipments; repacked into one 4 kg box — packaging stripped, which is where the fifth kilo goes — they are priced as one. That is the difference between the 1 kg row above multiplied by five and the 5 kg row on its own.

Premium or Economy to the Philippines?

Premium is a direct courier with end-to-end tracking and priority customs handling. Economy is consolidated and takes a few days longer for a lower price. Typical transit to the Philippines is 4 to 6 business days from dispatch; Economy sits at the longer end of that. Both are tracked. More on choosing Premium or Economy and on how long shipping from India takes.

Shop from India to the Philippines — what people actually buy

The Philippines runs 220–230V at 60Hz on flat-pin sockets, so Indian appliances need a plug adapter, and anything with a motor or a clock should be checked for 60Hz. The PHP 10,000 line rewards keeping each box under that value; keep cosmetics and supplements within the personal-use limits.

  • Ethnic and festival clothing
  • Spices and packaged food
  • Ayurvedic and personal-care products
  • Religious and pooja items

Parcels worth PHP 10,000 or less pay no duty or VAT, only small processing fees. Cosmetics, supplements, medicines and food are limited to personal-use quantities set by the FDA, and fresh meat or fruit needs Department of Agriculture clearance.

We deliver door to door across Philippines, including Manila, Quezon City, Cainta and Davao.

Customs and restrictions

Parcels valued at PHP 10,000 or less pay no duty or VAT; processing fees of PHP 50 plus 2.5% of value above PHP 2,000 apply, with small form and stamp fees. Above PHP 10,000: 12% VAT plus duty by tariff line, paid by the recipient. Quantities above the FDA personal-use limits are seized.

Not accepted

  • Obscene or immoral printed matter, films and images
  • Adulterated or misbranded food and drugs
  • Goods infringing trademarks or copyright
  • Precious-metal goods with false fineness marks
  • Fresh or frozen meat, fish and fruit without Department of Agriculture clearance

Allowed with conditions

  • Cosmetics — up to 5 kg; lipstick 10 pieces (max 3 per variant); perfume 5 pieces
  • Prescription medicines — as per prescription with the doctor's licence number; OTC medicines up to 50 g
  • Vitamins and supplements — up to 500 g
  • Processed or cooked food — up to 10 kg
  • Wine and liquor — 2 bottles, max 1.5 L total; excise still applies

Shipping from India to Philippines — questions

Is there a package forwarding company that gives me an Indian address and ships to the Philippines?

Yes. India Rabbit is a package forwarding company that gives you a free Indian address at its warehouse in Kerala, with your own suite code. You shop Indian websites to it, and it combines your parcels into one box and ships them to the Philippines, typically 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.

Can I get Indian products delivered to the Philippines when the shop only ships within India?

Yes. Order to your India Rabbit address as an ordinary customer in India. We receive the parcel at our warehouse in Kerala, hold it free for 30 days while your other orders arrive, and forward everything to the Philippines in one box.

How do I shop from India and ship to the Philippines?

Sign up free and you get an Indian delivery address in Kerala with your own suite code. Use it as the shipping address at checkout on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio and most other Indian stores. When your parcels reach us we let you know, and you choose when to have them forwarded to the Philippines.

How much does it cost to send a parcel from India to the Philippines per kg?

From India to the Philippines, a 1 kg parcel starts at ₹4,850 (about PHP 3,250), and the rate per kilo falls as the box fills: about ₹2,190 (about PHP 1,467) per kg for a 5 kg box and ₹1,650 (about PHP 1,106) per kg for 20 kg, on Premium, with GST and payment charges included. We charge in rupees; the PHP figures are approximate, at this week's exchange rate. Forwarding one box to the Philippines runs about ₹4,000–5,500 for 1 kg and ₹10,000–12,000 for 5 kg by direct courier. Ranges worked out 2026-10-31, not quotes, and duty at your end is separate. What you pay depends on the finished weight and size after we repack your parcels into one; the table on this page shows indicative totals by parcel weight for Premium and Economy, with our handling, GST and payment charges included. The calculator gives the exact figure for your box.

Can I send a courier from India to the Philippines with India Rabbit?

Yes. Order from Indian shops to your India Rabbit address, or have family in India send things there by any domestic courier. We receive and photograph every parcel, combine everything into one box and ship it to the Philippines with tracking, typically 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.

What is the cheapest way to ship from India to the Philippines?

Order everything to your Indian address first and have it forwarded as one box. International shipping is charged per shipment on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, so five parcels sent separately cost far more than the same goods repacked together. Where we run an Economy lane to the Philippines, it is cheaper again than direct courier in exchange for a few more days in transit.

How long does delivery to the Philippines take?

Typically 4 to 6 business days from the day your consolidated shipment leaves our warehouse, plus customs clearance at your end. Time in storage before you request shipping does not count towards that.

How much can I save by combining parcels?

International shipping is priced on weight and size, so five separate parcels cost far more than one. We repack everything into a single box and strip unnecessary packaging to cut volumetric weight. The saving scales with how bulky the original packaging was — up to 80% on bulky retail boxes, considerably less on small dense items.

Will I pay customs duty in the Philippines?

Parcels valued at PHP 10,000 or less pay no duty or VAT; processing fees of PHP 50 plus 2.5% of value above PHP 2,000 apply, with small form and stamp fees. Above PHP 10,000: 12% VAT plus duty by tariff line, paid by the recipient. Quantities above the FDA personal-use limits are seized. Duty is charged by the customs authority in the Philippines, not by India Rabbit.

What can I not forward to the Philippines?

Prohibited for Philippines: Obscene or immoral printed matter, films and images; Adulterated or misbranded food and drugs; Goods infringing trademarks or copyright; Precious-metal goods with false fineness marks; Fresh or frozen meat, fish and fruit without Department of Agriculture clearance; Cash, currency, cheques, bullion, and loose precious stones. Check before you order.

How long will you hold my parcels?

30 days free from the day each parcel arrives, which is enough to finish a sale-season order and send it all together. Storage can be extended for a fee if you need longer.

Do I need an Indian card or phone number?

For most stores your own card works fine. Where a store insists on an Indian payment method, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
