India Rabbit works with courier companies, parcel forwarders and shipping agents outside India who want to offer shipping from India without an office there. Your customers' parcels come to our warehouse in Kerala, from Indian online stores, from sellers anywhere in India, or from our own collection anywhere in Kerala. We record each parcel against your customer, weigh and photograph it, hold it for up to 30 days, and ship it to your customer abroad, with the tracking emails in your name. You keep the customer; we handle the India side. Partner rates are available for regular volume.
How it works
- Open a business account. It is free. We call every new business to verify it; if you will send regular volume, that is when we agree your partner rate.
- Add your customers. Each one gets a customer code. Add their delivery address yourself, or send them a link to fill it in.
- Book the shipment, and the parcel comes to our warehouse in Kerala. The Indian online store or seller addresses it to India Rabbit with your customer's code. We collect anywhere in Kerala; from the rest of India, the parcel comes by any domestic courier.
- We weigh and photograph every parcel and record it against your customer. It can wait up to 30 days for the rest of that customer's order.
- It ships to your customer, paid from your account or by a payment link your customer receives, and the tracking emails reach them in your name, not ours.
What we do, and what we don't
We do: receive parcels from Indian online stores and sellers, record each one against your customer, weigh and photograph it on arrival, hold it free for up to 30 days, ship each parcel or a customer's parcels together, collect anywhere in Kerala, and ship to every country — for a destination not on our list, we quote the route.
We don't: handle freight, pallets or sea cargo — we ship courier parcels only. We have no API at the moment, we don't offer returns or shipping insurance, and we don't buy goods on your customers' behalf.
Partner rates
Our published rates are the same for everyone, and you can see them on the pricing page. Companies sending us parcels regularly get partner rates, agreed with each partner. Tell us your monthly parcel count, typical parcel weight and main destinations, and we quote. There is no minimum to start.

Does India Rabbit work with courier companies outside India?
Yes. Courier companies, parcel forwarders and shipping agents abroad use us as their India side for courier parcels: we receive, record, photograph and ship their customers' parcels from our warehouse in Kerala.
Can you handle our customers' parcels as an ongoing service, not one-off orders?
Yes. You open one business account and add your customers once. Each customer gets a code, and every parcel that arrives with that code is recorded against them, week after week.
Do you offer partner rates?
Yes, for companies sending regular volume. Tell us your monthly parcel count, typical weight and main destinations, and we quote. Partner rates are agreed with each partner and are not published.
Is there a minimum?
No. You can start with a single parcel.
Do we need an office or a company in India?
No. Your customers' parcels come to our warehouse in Kerala, and we ship them from there.
Can your warehouse receive parcels from Indian online stores and sellers?
Yes. You book the shipment in your account, and the store or seller addresses the parcel to India Rabbit with your customer's code, at our warehouse in Kerala. Each parcel is weighed and photographed when it arrives.
How long can parcels wait for the rest of an order?
Up to 30 days, free. Ship each parcel as it arrives, or let a customer's parcels wait and go together.
Can you collect from suppliers?
From anywhere in Kerala, yes; the domestic leg is charged at cost and we tell you the figure first. From the rest of India, the supplier sends the parcel to our warehouse in Kerala by any domestic courier.
Can we stay the company our customers deal with?
Yes. The tracking emails reach your customer in your business's name, not ours.
Can parcels go out in our own branded packaging?
Yes. Tell us what you need when we agree your partner rate, and your customers receive the parcel and the tracking emails in your name.
Who pays for each shipment?
Either you, from your account, or your customer: we can send them a payment link for the shipping, and the parcel ships once it is paid.
Which countries do you ship to?
Every country. For a destination that is not on our list, we quote the route.
Do you handle freight, pallets or sea cargo?
No. We handle courier parcels only.
Do you have an API?
Not at the moment. Customers, addresses and shipments are managed in your business account.
What can we not send?
The same items no courier will carry, plus each destination's own restrictions. The prohibited items page lists them by country. See the prohibited items.
