From India to Australia, a 1 kg parcel starts at ₹1,850 (about AUD 28), and the rate per kilo falls as the box fills: about ₹1,020 (about AUD 15.3) per kg for a 5 kg box and ₹850 (about AUD 12.7) per kg for 20 kg, on Economy, with GST and payment charges included. We charge in rupees; the AUD figures are approximate, at this week's exchange rate. Forwarding one box to Australia runs about ₹4,000–5,000 for 1 kg and ₹10,000–12,500 for 5 kg by direct courier, or ₹1,500–2,000 and ₹4,500–6,000 where we run an Economy lane. Order everything to your Indian address first and have it forwarded as one box. International shipping is charged per shipment on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, so five parcels sent separately cost far more than the same goods repacked together. Where we run an Economy lane to Australia, it is cheaper again than direct courier in exchange for a few more days in transit.

Typically 4 to 14 business days from the day your consolidated shipment leaves our warehouse, plus customs clearance at your end. Time in storage before you request shipping does not count towards that.

International shipping is priced on weight and size, so five separate parcels cost far more than one. We repack everything into a single box and strip unnecessary packaging to cut volumetric weight. The saving scales with how bulky the original packaging was — up to 80% on bulky retail boxes, considerably less on small dense items.

Declare everything honestly. GST/duty generally applies to goods valued over AUD 1,000. Duty is charged by the customs authority in Australia, not by India Rabbit.
