We charge in rupees; the IDR figures are approximate, at this week's exchange rate. Forwarding one box to Indonesia runs about ₹4,500–6,000 for 1 kg and ₹10,500–13,000 for 5 kg by direct courier, or ₹1,500–2,500 and ₹4,500–5,500 where we run an Economy lane. Order everything to your Indian address first and have it forwarded as one box. International shipping is charged per shipment on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, so five parcels sent separately cost far more than the same goods repacked together. Where we run an Economy lane to Indonesia, it is cheaper again than direct courier in exchange for a few more days in transit.

Typically 4 to 6 business days from the day your consolidated shipment leaves our warehouse, plus customs clearance at your end. Time in storage before you request shipping does not count towards that.

International shipping is priced on weight and size, so five separate parcels cost far more than one. We repack everything into a single box and strip unnecessary packaging to cut volumetric weight. The saving scales with how bulky the original packaging was — up to 80% on bulky retail boxes, considerably less on small dense items.

Between USD 3 and USD 1,500 FOB: general goods 7.5% duty, cosmetics 15% duty plus 5% income tax, clothing/bags/footwear 25% duty plus 5% income tax, books 0%; VAT (effectively 11%) on all. Above USD 1,500 full import procedure. Over the limit, tax is charged on the whole value, not the excess. The recipient pays before delivery. Duty is charged by the customs authority in Indonesia, not by India Rabbit.

30 days free from the day each parcel arrives, which is enough to finish a sale-season order and send it all together. Storage can be extended for a fee if you need longer.
