Shop Indian stores from Finland, delivered to your door
Finland’s Indian community of around thirty thousand is concentrated in Espoo and Helsinki, mostly IT and telecom professionals and postgraduate students. Indian groceries exist in the capital region; clothing, books and regional products do not.
Yes — you can shop Indian websites from Finland even when they will not deliver there. India Rabbit is a package forwarding company that gives you a free Indian delivery address in Kerala. Order to it from Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra or any Indian shop, and we receive each parcel, hold it free for 30 days, combine everything into one box and forward it to Finland — typically 4 to 12 business days from dispatch. You pay for the international shipment only. From India to Finland, a 1 kg parcel starts at ₹4,100 (about EUR 39), and the rate per kilo falls as the box fills: about ₹1,580 (about EUR 14.9) per kg for a 5 kg box and ₹1,020 (about EUR 9.6) per kg for 20 kg, on Economy, with GST and payment charges included. We charge in rupees; the EUR figures are approximate, at this week's exchange rate. Forwarding one box to Finland runs about ₹9,000–11,000 for 1 kg and ₹25,000–30,000 for 5 kg by direct courier, or ₹3,500–4,500 and ₹7,000–9,000 where we run an Economy lane. Ranges worked out 2026-10-31, not quotes. Economy is delivered duty paid; on Premium, duty at your end is separate.

Why one box beats five parcels
International shipping is charged on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, and every parcel carries that cost separately. Five 1 kg parcels to Finland are priced as five shipments; repacked into one 4 kg box — packaging stripped, which is where the fifth kilo goes — they are priced as one. That is the difference between the 1 kg row above multiplied by five and the 5 kg row on its own.
Premium or Economy to Finland?
Premium is a direct courier with end-to-end tracking and priority customs handling. Economy is consolidated and takes a few days longer for a lower price. Typical transit to Finland is 4 to 12 business days from dispatch; Economy sits at the longer end of that. Both are tracked. More on choosing Premium or Economy and on how long shipping from India takes.

Can I get Indian products delivered to Finland when the shop only ships within India?
Yes. Order to your India Rabbit address as an ordinary customer in India. We receive the parcel at our warehouse in Kerala, hold it free for 30 days while your other orders arrive, and forward everything to Finland in one box.
How do I shop from India and ship to Finland?
Sign up free and you get an Indian delivery address in Kerala with your own suite code. Use it as the shipping address at checkout on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio and most other Indian stores. When your parcels reach us we let you know, and you choose when to have them forwarded to Finland.
How much does it cost to send a parcel from India to Finland per kg?
What you pay depends on the finished weight and size after we repack your parcels into one; the table on this page shows indicative totals by parcel weight for Premium and Economy, with our handling, GST and payment charges included. The calculator gives the exact figure for your box.
Can I send a courier from India to Finland with India Rabbit?
Yes. Order from Indian shops to your India Rabbit address, or have family in India send things there by any domestic courier. We receive and photograph every parcel, combine everything into one box and ship it to Finland with tracking, typically 4 to 12 business days after dispatch.
What is the cheapest way to ship from India to Finland?
Order everything to your Indian address first and have it forwarded as one box. International shipping is charged per shipment on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, so five parcels sent separately cost far more than the same goods repacked together. Where we run an Economy lane to Finland, it is cheaper again than direct courier in exchange for a few more days in transit.
How long does delivery to Finland take?
Typically 4 to 12 business days from the day your consolidated shipment leaves our warehouse, plus customs clearance at your end. Time in storage before you request shipping does not count towards that.
How much can I save by combining parcels?
International shipping is priced on weight and size, so five separate parcels cost far more than one. We repack everything into a single box and strip unnecessary packaging to cut volumetric weight. The saving scales with how bulky the original packaging was — up to 80% on bulky retail boxes, considerably less on small dense items.
Will I pay customs duty in Finland?
Import VAT (25.5%) applies to almost all goods. Since 1 July 2026 parcels up to €150 pay a €3 duty per item category. Genuine gifts between private individuals up to €45 are free of duty and VAT but must still be declared. The recipient usually pays charges before delivery. Duty is charged by the customs authority in Finland, not by India Rabbit.
What can I not forward to Finland?
Prohibited for Finland: Medicines of any kind sent by post or courier from outside the EEA — including Ayurvedic medicines; Meat, milk and dairy products from outside the EU; Protected plants and seeds without a phytosanitary certificate; Counterfeit goods and endangered species products; Cash, currency, cheques, bullion, and loose precious stones; Narcotics, illegal drugs, and psychotropic substances. Check before you order.
How long will you hold my parcels?
30 days free from the day each parcel arrives, which is enough to finish a sale-season order and send it all together. Storage can be extended for a fee if you need longer.
Do I need an Indian card or phone number?
For most stores your own card works fine. Where a store insists on an Indian payment method, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
