What Westside sells

Westside is an Indian fashion chain with its own labels across women's, men's and kidswear, ethnic wear, footwear, accessories, beauty and home. People abroad know it for affordable kurtas and everyday clothes, and for children's clothing at Indian prices.

Ordering from abroad

The Indian website carries the full Indian range. If Westside cannot deliver what you want to your country, or you want it with the rest of your Indian shopping, order it to an Indian address:

1. Sign up for a free India Rabbit address. It is our warehouse in Kerala with your own suite code.
2. Add it as the delivery address in your Westside account, as any customer in India would.
3. Pay online at checkout. Cash on delivery cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
4. We receive the parcel, open it and photograph what is inside, then hold it free for 30 days while your other Indian orders arrive.
5. Ask us to ship. We repack everything into one box, free, and send it to your door.

Returns

Westside's return policy says online return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery, or 30 days when an item is returned to a store. Read the current policy before you order.

The parcel reaches us before it reaches you. We photograph it on arrival, so you can check the size, colour and condition while there is still time to raise a return with the store in India. Tell us before you ask us to ship.

Ordering from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf

From Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, the route is the same: order to your India Rabbit address and we fly the box to you. Typical transit is 4 to 8 business days to the UAE and 4 to 6 to Saudi Arabia after the box leaves India. Duty and VAT for each Gulf country are on our shop and ship from India to the Gulf page, and rates on India to the UAE and India to Saudi Arabia.

What we can and cannot send on

• Fine: clothing, kurtas, kidswear, footwear, bags, home textiles and most skincare and make-up.
• Not by us: perfume and other fragrances, nail polish and aerosols, candles, and anything with a battery.
