What Mamaearth sells

Mamaearth sells skincare, hair care, body care and baby care: face washes, serums and creams, onion hair oil and shampoos, sunscreens, and baby lotions, washes and oils.

Ordering from abroad

If Mamaearth cannot deliver to your country, or you want it in one box with your other Indian orders, order it to an Indian address:

1. Sign up for a free India Rabbit address. It is our warehouse in Kerala with your own suite code.
2. Add it as the delivery address in your Mamaearth account, as any customer in India would.
3. Pay online. Its terms list credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, UPI and PayPal. Cash on delivery cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
4. We receive the parcel, open it and photograph what is inside, then hold it free for 30 days while your other Indian orders arrive.
5. Ask us to ship. We repack everything into one box, free, and send it to your door.

Its terms give delivery inside India of 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged, wrong or expired items

Mamaearth's return policy covers wrong or expired products within 7 days of delivery and damaged or missing items within 2 days, and opened products cannot be returned. We photograph your parcel on arrival, so a problem shows up in time to report it.

Ordering from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf

From Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, the route is the same: order to your India Rabbit address and we fly the box to you. Typical transit is 4 to 8 business days to the UAE and 4 to 6 to Saudi Arabia after the box leaves India. Duty and VAT for each Gulf country are on our shop and ship from India to the Gulf page, and rates on India to the UAE and India to Saudi Arabia.

Ordering for Europe and North America

The route is the same to the UK, Germany and the rest of Europe, the USA and Canada. Import duty and VAT, where they apply, are charged by your country when the box arrives; see India to Germany, India to the UK and India to the USA.

What we can and cannot send on

• Fine: face washes, serums, creams, lotions, sunscreen creams and gels, lip balms, shampoos and hair oils.
• Not by us: perfume and eau de parfum, deodorant body sprays and other aerosols, and nail polish.
