What Dot & Key sells

Dot & Key is an Indian skincare brand: face washes, serums, moisturisers, sunscreens, lip balms and body care, often in fruit-based ranges such as watermelon, strawberry and vitamin C.

Ordering from abroad

If Dot & Key cannot deliver what you want to your country, or you want it in one box with your other Indian beauty orders, order it to an Indian address:

1. Sign up for a free India Rabbit address. It is our warehouse in Kerala with your own suite code.
2. Add it as the delivery address in your Dot & Key account, as any customer in India would.
3. Pay online. Its policies page lists UPI and both domestic and international credit and debit cards. Cash on delivery cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
4. We receive the parcel, open it and photograph what is inside, then hold it free for 30 days while your other Indian orders arrive.
5. Ask us to ship. We repack everything into one box, free, and send it to your door.

Its policies page says most orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

Returns

Dot & Key does not accept returns, but damaged or wrong items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Because your parcel comes to us first, we photograph it on arrival, so a broken seal or a wrong product shows up in time to report it.

Ordering from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf

From Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, the route is the same: order to your India Rabbit address and we fly the box to you. Typical transit is 4 to 8 business days to the UAE and 4 to 6 to Saudi Arabia after the box leaves India. Duty and VAT for each Gulf country are on our shop and ship from India to the Gulf page, and rates on India to the UAE and India to Saudi Arabia.

What we can and cannot send on

• Fine: face washes, serums, creams, lotions, sunscreen creams and gels, lip balms, shampoos and hair oils.
• Not by us: perfume, nail polish and anything in an aerosol can. Check whether a body spray or mist is a pump bottle or an aerosol before you add it to your basket.
