What W for Woman sells

W for Woman makes women's ethnic and fusion wear: kurtas, kurta sets, dresses and co-ord sets, mostly for everyday wear, the office and festivals.

Ordering from abroad

If W for Woman cannot deliver what you want to your country, or you want it in one box with the rest of your Indian shopping, order it to an Indian address:

1. Sign up for a free India Rabbit address. It is our warehouse in Kerala with your own suite code.
2. Add it as the delivery address in your W for Woman account, as any customer in India would.
3. Pay online. Its FAQ lists credit and debit cards, net banking, EMI and wallets. Cash on delivery cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
4. We receive the parcel, open it and photograph what is inside, then hold it free for 30 days while your other Indian orders arrive.
5. Ask us to ship. We repack everything into one box, free, and send it to your door.

Returns

W for Woman describes a 15-day returns policy for Indian orders, and its FAQ gives 14 days from delivery, so treat two weeks as the window and read the current terms before you order.

The parcel reaches us before it reaches you. We photograph it on arrival, so you can check the size, colour and condition while there is still time to raise a return with the store in India. Tell us before you ask us to ship.

Ordering from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf

From Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, the route is the same: order to your India Rabbit address and we fly the box to you. Typical transit is 4 to 8 business days to the UAE and 4 to 6 to Saudi Arabia after the box leaves India. Duty and VAT for each Gulf country are on our shop and ship from India to the Gulf page, and rates on India to the UAE and India to Saudi Arabia.

What we can and cannot send on

• Fine: kurtas, kurta sets, sarees, lehengas, dupattas, menswear, kidswear, footwear, bags and fashion jewellery.
• Not by us: perfume and other fragrances, anything with a battery, and gold, silver or diamond jewellery.
