Shop from BIBA & Ship Worldwide

What BIBA sells

BIBA sells women's ethnic wear: kurtas, kurta sets, dresses and suit sets, plus girls' wear. People abroad buy it for festivals, for work wear and to restock everyday kurtas at Indian prices.

Ordering from abroad

If BIBA cannot deliver what you want to your country, or you would rather have it in one box with the rest of your Indian shopping, order it to an Indian address:

1. Sign up for a free India Rabbit address. It is our warehouse in Kerala with your own suite code.
2. Add it as the delivery address in your BIBA account, as any customer in India would.
3. Pay online. BIBA's FAQ lists debit and credit cards and net banking from the major banks. Cash on delivery cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
4. We receive the parcel, open it and photograph what is inside, then hold it free for 30 days while your other Indian orders arrive.
5. Ask us to ship. We repack everything into one box, free, and send it to your door.

BIBA's delivery page says orders are dispatched within 24 business hours and that delivery inside India is free, so the parcel usually reaches us within a few days.

Returns

BIBA's return policy says products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are for damaged items or the wrong size; otherwise it offers an exchange or an e-voucher. Jewellery and fragrances cannot be returned.

The parcel reaches us before it reaches you. We photograph it on arrival, so you can check the size, colour and condition while there is still time to raise a return with the store in India. Tell us before you ask us to ship.

Ordering from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf

From Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, the route is the same: order to your India Rabbit address and we fly the box to you. Typical transit is 4 to 8 business days to the UAE and 4 to 6 to Saudi Arabia after the box leaves India. Duty and VAT for each Gulf country are on our shop and ship from India to the Gulf page, and rates on India to the UAE and India to Saudi Arabia.

What we can and cannot send on

• Fine: kurtas, kurta sets, sarees, lehengas, dupattas, menswear, kidswear, footwear, bags and fashion jewellery.
• Not by us: perfume and other fragrances, anything with a battery, and gold, silver or diamond jewellery.

Your country's rules are on the prohibited items page.

Combine it with other Indian shops

A BIBA order can travel in the same box as anything from Myntra, AJIO, Fabindia or a boutique in Kerala. One box pays one international rate, which is where most of the saving is. See the full list of Indian shopping sites you can use from abroad, and work out the cost on the shipping calculator.
