What Shoppers Stop sells online

Shoppers Stop's FAQ describes its online range as apparel and accessories for men, women and children, plus fragrance and beauty, home, travel and gifting. It says most of what is in its stores is online too, with a few exceptions such as suits and jackets.

Ordering from abroad

The FAQ answers this directly for customers outside India: you need to provide an Indian delivery address, and you can give a billing address outside India. Your India Rabbit address is that Indian delivery address.

1. Sign up for a free India Rabbit address. It is our warehouse in Kerala with your own suite code.
2. Check the PIN code on the product page; Shoppers Stop's FAQ says that is where it shows which PIN codes it delivers to.
3. Order with your India Rabbit address as the delivery address and pay online. Its FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards and net banking; cash on delivery cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
4. We receive the parcel, photograph it, and hold it free for 30 days while your other Indian orders arrive.
5. Ask us to ship, and it all goes to you in one box.

Returns

The FAQ describes a 14-day refund and exchange policy for most products, with some excluded for hygiene reasons and gift vouchers not returnable. Items go back unused, in their original packaging with tags and invoice. Policies change, so read the current terms on the site before you order.

Your parcel reaches us first, and we photograph it on arrival. If something is the wrong size or colour, you can see it while there is still time to return it in India. Tell us before you ask us to ship.

What we can and cannot send on

• Fine: clothing, footwear, bags, home textiles, most skincare and make-up, and travel accessories without batteries.
• Not by us: perfume and other fragrances, nail polish and aerosols, anything with a lithium battery, and gold, silver or diamond jewellery.

Fragrance is a large part of any department store's beauty floor, so check before you fill a basket. Your country's rules are on the prohibited items page.

Combine it with other Indian shops

Shoppers Stop parcels can go in the same box as anything from Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon India or a Kerala boutique. One box pays one international rate. See the full list of Indian shopping sites you can use from abroad.
