How to Add Your Indian Address on Flipkart, Myntra & Amazon.in

The short version

Your India Rabbit address is an ordinary Indian delivery address: your name, your suite code, our warehouse in Kerala, a six-digit pincode and our warehouse phone number. You add it to Flipkart, Myntra or Amazon.in exactly as someone living in India would add their home, and choose it at checkout. Copy every line from your dashboard rather than typing it from memory, because the suite code is how we know the parcel is yours.

The fields every Indian store asks for

• Name: your own name, as on your India Rabbit account.
• Mobile number: the warehouse phone number shown with your address, not your own foreign number. Delivery partners call or send a delivery code to this number, and it reaches us.
• Pincode: the six-digit pincode shown in your dashboard. Most stores fill in the city and state from it.
• House or building: include your suite code here, for example "India Rabbit, IR-1001". Never leave it out.
• Area, street and landmark: copy them exactly from your dashboard.
• Address type: Home or Work both work; nothing else changes.

Flipkart

1. Open your account and go to the saved addresses section (on the app, under your account; on the website, from the account menu).
2. Choose to add a new address. If the app offers to detect your location, skip it: your phone is not in India, so it cannot find our warehouse. Type the pincode yourself instead.
3. Fill in the fields as above, with the warehouse phone number in the mobile field and the suite code in the house or building line.
4. Save it, and pick it at checkout. Pay online; cash on delivery cannot be accepted at our warehouse.

Myntra

1. In your profile, open saved addresses and add a new one.
2. Enter the pincode first, then the address lines with your suite code, and the warehouse phone number as the mobile number.
3. Save it and select it in the bag before you pay.

Amazon.in

1. Open Your Addresses in your Amazon.in account and add an address. Make sure the country is India.
2. Fill in the name, the warehouse phone number, the pincode, and the address lines with your suite code.
3. Choose it at checkout. If Amazon.in offers delivery to an address abroad for an item, that is a different service; use your Indian address when it does not.

What can go wrong, and how to avoid it

• The suite code is missing. The parcel still reaches us, but matching it to you takes longer. Put the code in the first address line.
• Your own number is in the mobile field. The delivery partner may not be able to reach anyone in India, and an OTP sent abroad can delay delivery. Use the warehouse number.
• The store will not let you sign up with a foreign number. Account sign-up rules vary by site and change; that is separate from the delivery address. If you get stuck, message us on WhatsApp.
