| Can I order Nykaa to the USA? | Yes, through a free Indian address. Order on Nykaa's Indian site to your India Rabbit address at our warehouse in Kerala, as a customer in India, and we forward it. If Nykaa delivers to your address itself, compare its price first. |
|---|---|
| How? | Sign up free, use your Indian address and suite code at checkout, and ask us to ship when your parcels have arrived. Each parcel is photographed on arrival and held free for 30 days. |

What can and cannot go in a Nykaa box
Perfume, nail polish and remover, aerosols and sprays cannot be shipped by air to any country. Creams, serums, face washes, hair oils, shampoos, sheet masks, powders and make-up are fine, liquids included. Keep the restricted items out of your basket rather than having them removed at packing.
What is worth ordering from Nykaa to the USA
Indian brands that US stores do not carry or sell at an importer's price: Ayurvedic skincare, hair oils, kajal, herbal face packs and Indian make-up shades. Supplements and anything sold as a remedy can be checked by the FDA, so keep to cosmetics and declare every item.
Indian appliances do not work in the USA
India runs on 230V and the USA on 120V, so an Indian mixer grinder, kettle or iron will not work there without a transformer, and a plug adapter does not change that. Buy clothes, books, kitchenware and home goods instead.
Duty and tax
There is no duty-free allowance for parcels from India: the USD 800 exemption was suspended in August 2025, and since 24 July 2026 Indian goods also carry an extra 10% duty on top of the normal rate. The courier collects it before delivery.
If your foreign card is declined at checkout, read how to pay on Indian shopping sites from abroad or message us on WhatsApp before you order.
Costs and transit to United States
Typical transit is 4 to 12 business days from the day your consolidated box leaves our Kerala warehouse, plus clearance at your end. Parcels are held free for 30 days each while you finish ordering.
