We ship your order on to London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester, Glasgow or anywhere in the UK, typically 4 to 10 business days after the box leaves India.

What can and cannot go in a Nykaa box

Perfume, nail polish and remover, aerosols and sprays cannot be shipped by air to any country. Creams, serums, face washes, hair oils, shampoos, sheet masks, powders and make-up are fine, liquids included. Keep the restricted items out of your basket rather than having them removed at packing, and the rest of the order forwards without fuss.

What is worth ordering from Nykaa to Britain

Indian brands that UK shops do not stock or sell at an importer's price: Ayurvedic skincare, hair oils, herbal face packs, kajal and Indian make-up shades. International brands are usually easier to buy in the UK itself.

VAT and duty on a parcel from India

For goods up to £135, UK VAT at 20% is normally charged by the seller at checkout; above £135, the courier collects VAT and any duty before delivery. Gifts between individuals are free of VAT up to £39. Since 15 July 2026 the UK–India trade agreement has cut or removed duty on many goods made in India where the origin rules are met. VAT still applies.

If your foreign card is declined at checkout, read how to pay on Indian shopping sites from abroad or message us on WhatsApp before you order.
