What can and cannot go in a Nykaa box
Perfume, nail polish and remover, aerosols and sprays cannot be shipped by air to any country. Creams, serums, face washes, hair oils, shampoos, sheet masks, powders and make-up are fine, liquids included. Keep the restricted items out of your basket rather than having them removed at packing, and the rest of the order forwards without fuss.
Build one bigger order, not several small ones
Canada charges duty and GST from a low value, so a single consolidated beauty order, perhaps timed with a Nykaa sale and combined with clothes or snacks from other Indian stores, costs less per item than several small parcels.
Duty and GST in Canada
Duty and GST usually apply to parcels valued above CAD 20, and gifts up to CAD 60 may be exempt. Because the threshold is low, one consolidated box is better value than several small parcels, each of which would be assessed on its own.
If your foreign card is declined at checkout, read how to pay on Indian shopping sites from abroad or message us on WhatsApp before you order.
Costs and transit to Canada
Typical transit is 4 to 14 business days from the day your consolidated box leaves our Kerala warehouse, plus clearance at your end. Parcels are held free for 30 days each while you finish ordering.
