What can and cannot go in a Nykaa box
Perfume, nail polish and remover, aerosols and sprays cannot be shipped by air to any country. Creams, serums, face washes, hair oils, shampoos, sheet masks, powders and make-up are fine, liquids included. Keep the restricted items out of your basket rather than having them removed at packing, and the rest of the order forwards without fuss.
Why people in the Gulf order from Nykaa
Indian skincare and haircare at Indian prices: Ayurvedic ranges, hair oils, kajal and the Indian make-up brands that Gulf stores carry only in part, if at all. Kerala to the Gulf is our fastest route, so a Nykaa sale order can be with you within days of the box leaving India.
Heat
Balms, lipsticks and anything wax-based soften in summer heat. Tell us when you request shipping and we pack them away from the outside of the box.
Duty and VAT in the UAE
Personal parcels valued up to AED 1,000 are generally duty-free. Above that, customs duty is typically 5% of the value including shipping, and 5% VAT applies. Keep your order invoices so the declared value matches what you paid.
If your foreign card is declined at checkout, read how to pay on Indian shopping sites from abroad or message us on WhatsApp before you order.
