FirstCry.ae is not FirstCry India
FirstCry.ae is a separate store for the Gulf, with prices in AED and its own catalogue. If the item you want is on it, buy it there: it is the simplest route. The Indian site, firstcry.com, is the one to use for what the Gulf store does not carry, or carries at a different price: Indian festival outfits in a child's size for Onam, Vishu or Diwali, Indian-language picture books, and the Indian baby-care brands a grandmother will ask for by name.
Electricals work here
The UAE runs 220 to 240V and India 230V, so a bottle warmer or steriliser bought on FirstCry India works in Dubai with a plug adapter. That is not true for the USA or Canada.

Add your India Rabbit address in Kerala to your FirstCry India account and order as a customer in India. We photograph each parcel on arrival, hold it free for 30 days, and send everything to the UAE in one box. Kerala to the Gulf is our fastest route, which matters with a child who is growing out of a size while you wait.
What to leave out
Formula, baby food and supplements: assume not, and check the prohibited items page. Prams and cots are charged on the space they take up, so they usually cost more to fly than to buy in Dubai.

Typical transit is 4 to 8 business days from the day your consolidated box leaves our Kerala warehouse, plus clearance at your end. Parcels are held free for 30 days each while you finish ordering.
