Buy from Amazon India and ship to the UAE

Amazon.ae is not Amazon.in

They are separate marketplaces with separate sellers and separate catalogues. Plenty of what people in Dubai and Sharjah want from India — Malayalam books, a particular brand of masala, a kasavu saree, a school text for a child following an Indian syllabus — is on the Indian site and not on the Emirati one, and where something appears on both, the Indian price is usually the reason people bother.

Electricals do work here

Unlike the USA and Canada, this is one of the easy destinations for Indian appliances. The UAE runs 220-240V on UK-style three-pin sockets, so an Amazon.in mixer grinder, kettle or iron works on a plug adapter alone. No transformer, no compromise. Anything with a battery, and anything pressurised, cannot be shipped.

How it works

Add your India Rabbit address in Kerala as a delivery address in your Amazon.in account and pick it at checkout. We receive each parcel, photograph it, hold it free, and combine everything into one box for the UAE when you say so.

Timing

Kerala to the Gulf is our fastest route, with frequent flights, which makes this one of the few destinations where ordering for a specific date is realistic. The cheap window is October, when the Indian festival sales run; the dates people actually want a box to land are Ramadan, Eid and Onam. Order in the first, ship for the second.
