| Can I order FirstCry to the USA? | Yes, through a free Indian address. Order on FirstCry's Indian site to your India Rabbit address at our warehouse in Kerala, as a customer in India, and we forward it. If FirstCry delivers to your address itself, compare its price first. |
|---|---|
| How? | Sign up free, use your Indian address and suite code at checkout, and ask us to ship when your parcels have arrived. Each parcel is photographed on arrival and held free for 30 days. |

We charge in rupees; the USD figures are approximate, at this week's exchange rate. |

Leave the appliances
India runs on 230V and the USA on 120V. A FirstCry bottle warmer, steriliser or baby food maker will not run on a US outlet, and a plug adapter only changes the pins, not the voltage. Buy those in the USA and use FirstCry India for what America does not sell.
What is worth ordering
Festival clothes in a child's size for Onam, Diwali or a naming ceremony. Indian-language children's books. Cotton jhablas and the light Indian cotton that suits a summer in Texas or Florida. Soft toys and simple wooden toys. These are light, pack flat and cause customs no trouble.
Sizes
Indian children's sizes are labelled by age, such as 1-2 Y, and run small against US toddler sizes. Buy a size up if you are guessing, and buy for the size the child will be in three months.
How it works
Add your India Rabbit address in Kerala to your FirstCry India account and order as a customer in India. We photograph each parcel, hold everything free for 30 days, and send it in one box. The USA is a long route, so one consolidated box costs far less than several small ones.
Costs and transit to United States
Typical transit is 4 to 12 business days from the day your consolidated box leaves our Kerala warehouse, plus clearance at your end. Parcels are held free for 30 days each while you finish ordering.

FirstCry to United States — questions
Does FirstCry India ship to the USA?
That can vary by item and change, so check at checkout. Where it will not, order to your free Indian address and we forward it to you anywhere in the USA.
Will a FirstCry bottle warmer work in the USA?
No, not on a plug adapter. India is 230V and the USA is 120V. Buy small baby appliances in the USA.
How do FirstCry India sizes compare with US sizes?
Indian sizes go by age and run small. Buy a size up, and allow for growth while the box is in transit.
