Does Mirraw deliver to the UK?

When we checked on 31 October 2026, Mirraw's website described worldwide shipping to the USA, the UK, Canada and Australia, and listed a UK phone number. Terms change, so check at your own checkout. If Mirraw cannot deliver to your address, or its international shipping costs more than you want to pay for one order, an Indian address of your own is the dependable route to England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

VAT and duty on a parcel from India

For goods up to £135, UK VAT at 20% is normally charged by the seller at checkout. Above £135, the courier collects VAT and any duty before delivery. Since 15 July 2026 the UK–India trade agreement has cut or removed duty on many goods made in India, clothing and footwear among them, where the origin rules are met. VAT still applies. A family wedding order of lehengas, sarees and kurtas soon passes £135, so declare it accurately and expect to settle VAT on the box.

Why the box matters for weddings

A British Asian wedding is rarely one parcel. The bride's outfit comes from one seller, the men's kurtas from another, the children's clothes and the jewellery from somewhere else. Send the Mirraw part, and anything from Myntra, Amazon India or other Indian shops, to the same Indian address and we pack it into one box: one shipment and one clearance instead of five. December is the slowest month on every forwarding route, so for a winter wedding or Christmas, let the box leave our warehouse by mid-November.

Stitching and sizes

Mirraw's help page describes a custom stitching service for blouses, salwar sets and lehengas, "intended to customize outside India only", and says stitched products cannot be returned. If you order to an Indian address, check at checkout whether stitching is still offered. A UK 12 is not the same as an Indian M on every label, so measure yourself and use each product's size chart.

Returns before it flies

Mirraw gives 7 days to return and does not pay the return shipping. A return from Britain means an international parcel. We photograph each parcel when it reaches our warehouse in Kerala, so you check colour and work while the order is still in India and inside that window.

2. We receive and photograph each parcel and hold it free for 30 days.
3. Ask us to ship: one box, typically 4 to 10 business days from Kerala to your door.
