We show two service levels where both are available. They are not the same service at two prices, and the right choice depends on what is in the box.
Premium
A direct courier service, moving your parcel end to end on one network with priority customs handling and detailed tracking. It reaches every destination we serve, it is the faster option, and it costs meaningfully more.
Choose Premium when the shipment is time-bound (a wedding, a birthday, a visa document), when the contents are valuable or fragile, when you need dependable tracking, or when the destination has no Economy service.
Economy
A consolidated service. Your parcel travels as part of a larger movement, which is what makes it cheaper, and it takes longer — typically several days more, sometimes more than that at peak periods. Tracking is less granular.
Choose Economy when nothing is urgent, the contents are robust, and price is the main consideration. For a box of books or household goods with no deadline, the saving is substantial and the trade-off is only patience.
When Economy is not offered
Sometimes only Premium appears, and there are three honest reasons:
- The destination is not served. The consolidated network does not reach everywhere.
- The specific postcode is not served, which is common outside major metropolitan areas.
- The shipment contains medicine. The consolidators will not carry it, so medicine ships Premium only.
We would rather show one option than show two and withdraw one after you have paid.
What does not change between them
Free storage, consolidation, repacking, parcel photographs, customs documentation and our support are identical. The service level is about how the box travels, not how it is looked after before it leaves.
The calculator shows both prices side by side for your destination and weight.
